Places to stay in Sevenoaks
Our rooms are located on first floor of our extended home. They make a superb place to stay in Sevenoaks, being in a peaceful location that is nevertheless very well connected. Our bed and breakfast in Sevenoaks is also conveniently close to shops and the Bullfinch public house, so there is plenty to do and see even locally within walking distance.
Room 1: An Elegant Retreat
Located at the front of the house, on the first floor. Room 1 is a luxurious 6.4m by 4.0m space designed for comfort and elegance. It features a king-size bed adorned with 100% natural fabric bedding and a spacious en-suite with a modern walk-in shower. The room is equipped with a 42” Freeview TV, a fridge, Wi-Fi, and a hard-wired internet connection, making it ideal for both leisure and work.
Relax in the two cosy armchairs or take advantage of the ample storage in the triple wardrobe. A dedicated workstation with a comfortable chair and thoughtful touches like a bathrobe, slippers, and coffee-making facilities ensure a delightful stay.
Room 2: A Deluxe Haven
Also situated at the front of the house, on the first floor. Room 2 offers a slightly broader layout at 5.7m by 4.6m, combining sophistication and comfort. The king-size bed with 100% natural fabric bedding promises a restful sleep, while the en-suite with a sleek walk-in shower provides convenience and style.
This room features a double wardrobe, two inviting armchairs, and a 42” Freeview TV. With Wi-Fi, a hard-wired internet connection, a workstation, and coffee-making facilities and a fridge. Room 2 is perfect for guests who want to balance relaxation and productivity. Bathrobes and slippers add an extra touch of luxury.
Room 3: A Serene Sanctuary
Set at the rear of the house, on the first floor. Room 3 is measured 4.5m by 3.2m. It includes a king-size bed with 100% natural fabric bedding and a unique en-suite that includes both a walk-in shower and a spacious bath—perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Sevenoaks.
This room offers a single armchair for relaxing, a double wardrobe, and a workstation with a comfortable chair. A 42” Freeview TV, Wi-Fi, a hard-wired internet connection, coffee-making facilities, a fridge, and thoughtful details like a bathrobe and slippers complete this cosy retreat.

Where to find us
You can find us by taking the junction off the A25 at London Road until you reach the Rawstone Hire on the right-hand side. From there The Patch is a secluded snicket that runs up the side of the shop leading to our bed and breakfast in Sevenoaks.
