Our B&B is located 1 mile from Sevenoaks train station and 1.6 miles from Sevenoaks town centre.

You can find us by taking the junction off the A25 at London Road until you reach the Rawstone Hire on the right-hand side. From there The Patch is a secluded snicket that bisects the side of the shop leading up to our bed and breakfast in Sevenoaks.
